Shipping & Delivery Within Australia

We ship fast. Orders placed before 1pm AEST week days are normally shipped that day.

Once an order is processed and shipped, you can find your tracking details either in your order details on your account or an email with tracking will be sent to you.

All orders will be sent to the provided address at time of order. Please ensure the address is correct. For all smaller appliances and items, you can provide a street address, PO Box or parcel locker, for commercial appliances a street address is required.

“Return to Sender” due to incorrect address provided or non pick up will attract a fee to resend the item based on the actually incurred postage and return cost of the first item even if the product attracted ‘free shipping’.

All orders shipped via Australia Post and are set by default with NO AUTHORITY TO LEAVE. If you instruct to leave the item at an unattended address ZBN cannot accept liability for any damaged or missing parcels.

Items lost in transit due to incorrect address provided or non pick up will not be refunded.

Big & Bulky Goods

Large complex orders and larger items require extra handling and additional resources are required for delivery. Different Delivery Fees and requirements may apply.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If any of the items from your order are missing, incorrect, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact customer service for assistance within 3 days of delivery. Please note: We only have a 3 day window to claim on insurance with the freight carriers. As they are a third party company, no exceptions can be made and anything outside of this window will not be entertained by them.
